OUR HIRING PLAN
We keep our hiring process simple and efficient! Here's what to expect when you spontaneously apply for a Surf Coach position:
1. Submit Your Application
Send your CV and relevant certifications to info@extrasurfschool.com.
Be sure to include details about your surfing experience, coaching background, and availability.
Include your contact details so that we can easily reach you.
2. Initial Interview & Meeting Scheduling
If your application matches our requirements, we’ll contact you for a short interview to learn more about your skills and passion for surf coaching. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a meeting with our surf team.
3. In-Person Meeting with Our Surf Team Manager
The final step is an in-person meeting with our Surf Team Manager. This is a great opportunity to discuss the role, expectations, and your approach to coaching.
4. Decision & Offer
After the meeting, we’ll evaluate your fit for the role. If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer with details about the position benefits, and next steps.
